AI Content Policy

Make a song that means something, while respecting the safety and rights of others. These rules apply to everything you submit, generate, and share through Wishora.

1. Scope and the AI we use

This policy forms part of our Terms of service. It applies to prompts, recipient details, stories, uploaded material, generated lyrics, synthetic vocals, music, and your use or sharing of the results. Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people whose photo or voice it contains. Do not ask the service to create prohibited content, including by disguising a request, using coded language, or trying to bypass safeguards.

Wishora uses Suno music-generation models through the Kie.ai API. A request explicitly labeled ElevenLabs Music on the creation page uses ElevenLabs instead. The model is disclosed before generation, and this policy applies regardless of the provider. Songs and vocals are AI-generated. A genre or voice selection does not mean the recording is performed by a named artist or by the recipient. You are responsible for checking a song before purchasing, using, or sharing it. Payment does not make prohibited content permissible.

How song inputs are processed

2. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW)

Do not generate pornography, sexually explicit lyrics or audio, graphic descriptions of sexual acts, or content intended primarily for sexual arousal. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, and sexual content about an identifiable person without consent are prohibited.

Non-explicit affection, romance, and personal love songs are permitted when they respect the other rules in this policy.

3. Violence and gore

Do not generate graphic or gratuitous descriptions of gore, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, or severe injury, including graphic audio depictions. Threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, and content that promotes, facilitates, celebrates, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence are prohibited. Never request technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction or content inciting genocide.

Do not encourage suicide, self-harm, or abuse. A non-graphic song about grief, recovery, or a difficult experience may be appropriate when it does not threaten, instruct, encourage, or celebrate harm.

4. Hate speech

Do not generate content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, promotes violence against, or advocates exclusion or discrimination against a person or group based on protected characteristics. These include race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Hateful slurs, claims that a protected group is inferior or less than human, and praise or promotion of violent hate organizations are prohibited. Do not use a song to target someone with hateful harassment.

5. Child safety and CSAM

Never generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized descriptions of anyone under 18, or content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual exploitation, abuse, or grooming. This prohibition covers lyrics, audio, stories, and other material, including fictional or AI-generated children, age-ambiguous depictions presented as children, and content for which no real child was involved.

Do not request content that encourages violence, dangerous exploitation, or other abuse of children. Age-appropriate, non-sexual family songs and children’s songs are permitted. Suspected child exploitation may lead to immediate restrictions and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not create deepfakes of real people, including cloned or imitated voices, fabricated statements, or a recording falsely presented as that person’s performance. This prohibition applies even if consent is claimed. It covers celebrities, public figures, private individuals, and the people named in your story.

Do not use generated songs for impersonation, fraud, fabricated endorsements, or to mislead listeners about who created, sang, approved, or supported a message. Permission to use someone’s name, photo, voice, or story does not authorize prohibited deepfake content. An ordinary personal dedication using someone’s name is permitted when it does not reproduce their voice or imply that they actually performed or endorsed the recording.

7. Copyright and trademark infringement

Do not submit or request content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Examples include reproducing protected lyrics, melodies, or recordings without authorization, making an unauthorized copy of an existing song, or using a brand name or mark in a way that falsely implies affiliation or endorsement.

Only provide material you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use. A purchase does not guarantee that an AI output is unique or that third-party rights are cleared. If you believe a song infringes your rights, use the reporting channel below and identify the work or mark and the basis of your claim.

8. Reporting prohibited content

Report a concerning prompt, song, or account to [email protected] with the subject “Content report”. You do not need to purchase a song to report it. Include the Wishora song URL or order reference if available, the relevant lyric or playback timestamp when safe to describe, the policy category, a short explanation, and a contact address so we can ask follow-up questions.

For copyright, trademark, or impersonation reports, explain your connection to the affected person or rights holder and provide supporting information you may lawfully share. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal details. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected CSAM; provide its location and a brief non-graphic description instead.

This support channel is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service or child-protection authority.

9. How content reports are reviewed

Wishora handles content concerns through report-based human review. Our support team reviews the reported input or output, the information supplied by the reporter, and relevant account or order records against this policy and applicable law. We may ask for information needed to locate the content or assess a rights claim, and prioritize reports involving child safety, credible threats, or other serious harm.

Where necessary, we may restrict access while a report is assessed. We then decide whether to take action, explain the outcome to the affected user or reporter where appropriate, and keep the records needed for follow-up or an appeal. We may limit details to protect someone’s privacy, prevent further harm, or comply with a legal requirement.

Generation providers may also apply their own safety restrictions. Wishora does not promise that every prompt or output is reviewed before it is generated or made available, or that automated safeguards will detect every violation. If an inappropriate result appears, do not share it; report it using the channel above.

Privacy for reports and reviews

10. Enforcement and purchase rights

Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, we may reject a generation request, issue a warning, restrict access to a song, remove content, suspend generation or account access, or disable an account. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent restrictions. We may preserve relevant records and report unlawful activity to competent authorities where required by law.

These measures apply to previews and purchased songs. A refund does not give permission to retain, distribute, or otherwise use unlawful content. Content enforcement does not cancel our 30-day refund promise or limit any mandatory consumer rights. Refund requests are handled under our Refund policy and applicable law; there is no automatic blanket forfeiture of a payment for reporting or disputing a moderation decision.

11. Appeals and questions

If you believe an action was taken in error, email [email protected] with the subject “Content appeal”. Include the song or account reference, the action you are appealing, and the information you want us to consider. Do not resend prohibited material or include passwords, payment credentials, or suspected CSAM.

Our support team will review the decision in light of the information you provide and may uphold, change, or reverse the action. We may need to confirm account ownership or a rights claim. We will communicate the outcome when appropriate, subject to privacy, safety, and legal restrictions.
