Our 30-day refund promise
If the purchased song does not feel right, email [email protected] within 30 days of payment to request a refund. You do not need to provide a reason. You may keep the MP3 you have already downloaded.
This promise covers one-time standard and express song purchases made through Wishora. It does not reduce any additional rights that apply under consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address used for your order and include the order reference or private song link and the approximate payment date. Please do not include card numbers, passwords, or login codes.
We will check the payment, confirm the request by email, and arrange an approved refund to the original payment method through our payment provider. Posting times depend on your payment provider and bank; we will share the available confirmation rather than promise a fixed arrival date.
Payment or download problems
If you see a duplicate charge, cannot access a purchased song, or cannot download the MP3, contact [email protected]. Include the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not submit another payment while an existing payment is being checked.
A free preview that expires or a generation that fails does not create a payment obligation. A refund request is handled by our support team; archiving a song or signing out does not cancel or refund a purchase.
