1. Information you provide
We process your email address and account details, song recipient names, occasion, language, voice and style selections, story, and any exclusions or instructions you submit. If you contact support, we also receive your message and any attachments you choose to send.
If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed for sign-in, such as an account identifier, email address, and basic profile information. We do not receive your Google password. Do not include sensitive details about yourself or others unless they are necessary and you have permission to share them.
2. Service and payment records
We store song outputs, generation status, preview expiry, playback confirmation, account sessions, and order records so the service can work. Security and operational records may include request times, IP-related information, browser information, and errors.
Waffo handles payment information at checkout. Wishora receives transaction references, payment status, amount, and currency to verify the purchase and unlock your song. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials to our support email.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and deliver your requested song, provide previews and downloads, recognize your account, verify email and payment, show your song library, answer support requests, and protect the service from misuse.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the service you request, meeting legal obligations, and legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service. Where processing requires consent, we ask for it. We do not sell your personal stories or email address.
4. Services that help us
Kie.ai and its music-generation providers process the song instructions needed to generate music, vocals, lyrics, and timing information. Google supports sign-in when you choose that option. Waffo handles checkout and payment verification. Resend handles transactional email when email delivery is enabled. Hosting and infrastructure providers help run and store the service.
Only information needed for the relevant function should be provided to each service. These providers may operate in different countries and process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Our use of a provider does not mean we can promise that all processing occurs in your country.
5. Local storage, cookies, and private links
The creation form can save a draft in your browser’s local storage so you can return to it. Account sessions use necessary cookies. Browser storage and session cookies help remember your progress and keep you signed in; clearing them can remove a local draft or sign you out.
A private song-preview URL acts as an access link. Anyone you share that link with may be able to view the preview and its details. The link is not intended to be indexed by search engines. Full recordings and downloads require a verified purchase and authorized access.
6. How long information is kept
The 24-hour free-preview window controls playback access; it does not mean every associated record is deleted after 24 hours. We keep account and purchased-song records for access and support, and payment-related records as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements.
Archiving a song hides it from your main library and is reversible. It does not delete the song or its records. To request deletion of your account, stories, or songs, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute reasons.
7. Your choices and requests
You can change the details used for a new generation, archive or restore songs, sign out, and choose whether to use Google sign-in. You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or raise a concern about its use, by contacting [email protected].
Rights such as objection, restriction, portability, or a complaint to a data protection authority depend on the laws that apply to you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please avoid sending unnecessary identity documents.
8. Questions and updates
Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or concerns. This policy may change as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the current version; significant changes will be communicated where required.
